Having been a nerd who aced every English class from grade school through college, I am an obsessive reader and enjoy studying the mechanics of language. I have taken many courses in novel structure as well as copyediting. I also possess what my husband considers an obnoxiously annoying eye for detail.
I am a USA Today bestselling author, have been traditionally published by Berkley-Penguin, won a Daphne du Maurier Award for Excellence in Mystery/Suspense, and have self-published romantic comedy and mystery novels. I also currently work as an editor for a digital publisher that carries bestselling authors.
